There are 11 federal ridings in Nova Scotia. On August 17, the province elected a Progressive Conservative majority government for the first time since 1999, though that may not translate to these results.

In 2019, the federal Liberals held on to 10 of their 11 ridings in the province, losing one to the Conservatives. The NDP has been shut out in Nova Scotia the past two federal elections. As for the vote share, the Liberals took 41.4 percent, the Conservatives 25.7 percent, the NDP 18.9 percent, and the Greens posted 11 percent.
